Order processing
Foothills 3D Printworks LLC usually prepares orders within 4–7 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Choosing Express shipping does not shorten production or processing time.
Where we ship
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States, Washington, D.C., and U.S. military APO/FPO/DPO addresses using AA, AE, or AP. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses outside the U.S. military postal system.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $8 for orders below $70.
- Free Standard shipping: orders of $70 or more.
- Express shipping: $15.
The free-shipping threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes and shipping. Available delivery options and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Carrier delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Military mail may take longer to arrive.
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for eligible addresses within 6 miles of our Maryville, Tennessee location. Addresses more than 6 miles and up to 20 miles away qualify for free local delivery with a minimum merchandise order of $25. Eligibility is confirmed at checkout.
Orders are usually ready in 4–7 business days. We will contact you to arrange local delivery once your order is ready.
